At Rites London, we want you to love your pre-loved and designer finds, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Please ensure all original tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the Rites security tag is still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return and confirms it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
